2017年夏中国大学生调研考察项目-日本环境保护调研项目in SOPHIA

日本在上世纪70-80年代，也曾经面临过与今天中国一样的经济发展与环境恶化的矛盾。今天日本已经成为全球公认的环境资源保护最好的国家之一。在再生资源、清洁能源以及垃圾处理等方面都走在了世界前列。日本的很多经验与做法都值得中国学习借鉴。

 

为进一步丰富海外交流项目，拓展学子接受不同教育模式的途径，2017年暑假，日本上智大学，推出“国际调研系列之日本环境资源调研项目”。

本项目将依托上智大学研究生院地球环境研究科，通过授课以及相关企业访问、实地考察等等方式，通过10天的时间，让学生对日本环球资源的历史及现状有切身的清楚的认识。并通过调研的模式，增强学生学习、考察、沟通的能力，以及国际化的思维。

 

 

项目时间：2017年7月17日－ 7月26日（10天）

申请对象：在读本科生、研究生（男女不限）

课程语言：英文

项目安排：由上智大学地球环境研究科统筹安排，包括课程学习、实地考察、调研、汇报

最终需要提交调研报告至上智大学，并根据教授判断来进行学术成果鉴定。

项目认定：参加该项目学生可获上智大学项目结业证书

上智大学是日本著名私立大学。本部位于东京都千代田区纪尾井町，建于1913年。日本综合大学中排名第十二，私立大学中排名第三。上智大学是一所国际型大学，学校的师生与国际上的组织有广泛的联系。上智大学在1949年就开始实施了以英语教学并可获得学位的教学课程，并以此奠定了她在日本大学中英语教学先驱者的地位。与早稻田大学、庆应义塾大学并称为“日本私立三大名门”、“早庆上”。

毕业于复旦大学，获得东京大学博士学位，专业为水环境学。研究河川湖沼水脉，水域生态，治水及水质污染，数值解析及现地观测，从事了广泛的水关联的研究活动

Born in Montreal, Canada.Grew up on the Canadian prairies and Sweden. First came to Japan in 1982 andthen again in 1988 as a student at Kumamoto University. Graduated from theUniversity of British Columbia in 1991. After completing a year on a StanfordUniversity scholarship at the Inter-University Center for Japanese Studies,began her career at Shimizukobundo academic publishing company as a writer ofethnology and rural community issues. Publishing 13 books in Japanese, from1998 became director of an ongoing environmental book series. From 1994 she wasnamed a member of the Japanese national committee for promoting environmentallysound agriculture and since then has worked on several government committeeswith the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Ministry of theEnvironment and the Prime Minister’s Office. In 1997, she joined Miyagi University and worked atthe university’s International Centeruntil 2008. From 1999 she has been an advisor and is member of the JapaneseMinistry of Environment government review team member for the IntergovernmentalPanel for Climate Change (IPCC) 3rd, 4th Assessment reports, and currently IPCCAR5, attending plenaries as a member of the Japanese government delegation. Inthe spring of 2008, she moved to Kanazawa/Ishikawa to become the foundingdirector of the United Nations University-Institute of Advanced StudiesOperating Unit Ishikawa/Kanazawa. With a mandate to link research to policydevelopment and implementation, worked closely with researchers involved inecosystem assessments, local and national policy makers and UN conventionsrelated to the environment. Working with the Secretariat of the Convention onBiological Diversity on marine related issues, at COP10 Nagoya 2010co-established the Sustainable Ocean Initiative, an interface between scienceand policy to strengthen the marine biodiversity elements of the convention.She joined the Graduate School of Global Environmental Studies in 2009 as apart time lecturer on Environmental History, taking up a full-time positionlecturing on global environmental policy from September 2011.

Bornin Tokyo and raised in Yokohama, I received Ph.D. from Erasmus UniversiteitRotterdam in the Netherlands and MAs both from Columbia University in the USand Keio University in Japan. Prior to this position, I was an AssociateProfessor at Kansai University (2010-2014) and an Assistant Professor(2007-2010) and Associate Dean at the Graduate School of InternationalManagement of International University of Japan. Apart from my academic career,I have work experience in the environmental and energy consultancy. My previouspositions include senior analyst positions at Mitsubishi Securities in Tokyoand Innovest Strategic Value Advisors in New York as well as consultantpositions at the Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA) at the UNheadquarter in New York and at the United Nations Framework Convention onClimate Change (UNFCCC) in Bonn. Presently, I work as an author, reviewer, andguest editor for international journals on corporate environmental and energystrategy.
